We collect your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you register. We also collect messages you send within the app and usage data to improve the service.
Your information is used to provide the KedyMate messaging service, connect you with pet care providers in the KedyVet ecosystem, and send you notifications about your pet's care updates.
We do not sell your personal data. Your information is only shared with pet care providers you interact with through KedyMate, and with KedyVet to verify your account role.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. Messages and profile data are retained for the duration of your account.
You can update your profile information at any time. You can delete your account from the profile page, which removes all your data permanently.
